I love babysitting.
Specifically, I love the Hocking children.
Let me tell you why...
First of all, they are a species of beauty all on their own. Truly. And did I mention they are hilarious?
Nathan: "The girls hair in Tangled is 70ft long..." Me: "What?! How do you know that?" Nathan: "...well, I think I just know."
Josie: "Climbing up that tower would be kiiiiiinda scary. But fun."
Josie: "I want to punch that old lady in the face!!" Me: "Well... I don't think we should."
Connor: "Why do those lanterns fly?" Nathan: "It's a movie Connor! Come on!!"
Nathan: "Ali, can we watch Wall-E?" Me: "Nathan... you JUST watched it." Nathan: "........Well...."
Nathan: "I think I was walking at 4 months old." Casey: "No, Nathan. You couldn't." Nathan: "Then I was talking..." Casey: "Nathan, babies can't talk OR walk!"
Me: "Josie, are you trying to eat another cupcake??" Josie:"..........I think... naah." Me: "Good plan."
Did I also mention how sweet and easy to take care of they are?
Did I also mention that I love them?
Did I also mention that I want to keep them?
Okay, but did I mention that I want to see them everyday for the rest of my life?
I also love Brayden and Connor.
Really a lot.
I mean a whole lot.
